Terms of use
MXDuro is a community directory and planning service. It does not inspect venues, approve routes or replace your own safety judgement.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 to use MXDuro. Provide accurate age and account information, keep access to your email secure and use one account for yourself. Your verified email and account identifier let you return to the same profile later.
Using MXDuro
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass riders, impersonate others, evade safety controls, scrape personal data, upload illegal or harmful content, expose home or bike-storage locations, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or remove accounts or content to protect riders and MXDuro.
Riding and listings
Event and business information may change. A verified listing means its details were checked against a source; it is not an inspection, endorsement or safety guarantee. You remain responsible for licences, insurance, protective equipment, bike condition, ability, land access, venue rules and confirming details before travelling.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give MXDuro a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, display and moderate it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have permission to upload it. You can remove ordinary profile and feed content or delete your account, subject to limited lawful safety and transaction retention described in our Privacy policy.
Free beta and MXDuro Pro
Core maps and events are currently free. Paid MXDuro Pro features and live billing remain disabled until launch approval. When subscriptions launch, the price, renewal period and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Apple purchases are managed through the App Store; web purchases are managed through the MXDuro billing portal.
Deletion and subscriptions
You can initiate deletion in the iOS app. Deleting an MXDuro account does not automatically cancel Apple’s separate subscription agreement; cancel it in App Store subscription settings. Where possible, an active MXDuro-managed web subscription will be cancelled before deletion completes.
Availability and liability
We may change, pause or withdraw beta features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is complete. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, MXDuro is not responsible for indirect loss or for riding, travel or purchase decisions made from community or third-party information.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Questions can be sent through MXDuro Support.
