For account, listing, privacy or billing help, email the MXDuro team. If someone is in immediate danger, call emergency services instead.

Email info@mxduro.co.uk. Include the email used for your account and a short description, but never send passwords, login codes or payment-card details.
Signing in and recovering your profile
Use the same email address you originally verified. MXDuro links that verified identity to one permanent account and profile. If a code does not arrive, check spam, confirm the address and try again after a short wait before contacting support.
Deleting your account
In the iOS app, open Settings, choose Delete account, review what is retained, type DELETE and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again. If you cannot access the app, email support from the account address. Read the Privacy policy for retention details.
Subscriptions
Live billing is not yet enabled. When it launches, iPhone subscriptions will be managed in Apple’s subscription settings. Web subscriptions will be managed through the secure MXDuro billing portal. Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Listings, conduct and safety
Use the report action on the relevant rider, message, ride, event, feed post or business so the moderation team receives the correct context. For urgent danger call 999. The Safety centre explains MXDuro’s location and younger-rider protections.
