Your bike stays off the doorstep

Your live blue map position stays on your device. MXDuro stores only the town or region you choose in your profile. Other riders appear in grouped zones, never as precise individual pins.

Avatar source photos stay private

A source photo is re-encoded to remove location and other embedded metadata before avatar processing. It is used to create the preview and is never displayed on your public profile.

Extra protection at 16–17

Riders aged 16–17 can browse events and mark attendance. Adult rider discovery, ride planning and direct messages remain unavailable for protected accounts.

Listings are checked, not safety-approved

A verification date means the event or business details were checked against the cited source. It does not mean MXDuro inspected the venue, organiser, route, workshop or riding conditions. Confirm details before travelling.

Ride within your own limits

You are responsible for your licence, insurance, protective equipment, bike condition, ability, land access and venue rules. Planned GPX routes will cover lawful off-road riding only. Always confirm access, closures and local restrictions before setting off. Private meeting points are never shown publicly.

Something looks wrong?

In the app, use the report action on a rider, message, ride, event or business. Listings reported as closed or incorrect enter the operator queue. You can also contact support without the app. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services rather than waiting for a response.
